This is an irresistible course for fish lovers, where you can enjoy seafood carefully selected from all over the country and delivered daily from a long-established wholesaler at Toyosu Market.This course offers the highest quality mentaiko in Japan, as well as our pride and joy, monjayaki, named after our restaurant, Koboreya.Furthermore, the okonomiyaki, made with fluffy, carefully-crafted batter and luxuriously filled with scallops from Oshamanbe, and the yakisoba noodles, which are made with scallops, tentacles, clams, and pork belly and a special soy sauce, are both excellent.
